well....IMO, social security is a ponzi scheme that is no better than what Madoff tried to pull off. My point though is that the migrant workers are productive members of our society and of our economy. If they are going to benefit from our entitlement programs, they should pay into them. Realistically, they are not going to go away, so let's make them legitimate. And at the same time, cut off all benefits to non-productive non-citizens. We need to take away the incentive to come to the U.S. (and California) and not contribute.
