TRUTH Michael Puhr sent out a concocted letter containing statements that seem to warrant an examination of his credentials and capability to "lead" a $16million/$21million company. Or even one of lesser value. Is his version of a merger accurate? Isn't RMCW a subsidiary? How does Puhr expect the person he wants to sign such a letter to be in a position to espouse such statements? (Paragraph 1, Sentence 2 and others). If Puhr has figured out how to "manufacture" water, isn't RMIL slightly undervalued? Why would Puhr's hopeful signator make statements about private labels. Does Puhr have a signed response on the letterhead he dreamed for? PROOF The following concoction WAS sent to the hopeful signator verbatim: October 11, 1997 Mr. Micheal Puhr Rocky mountain International LTD. 97 2nd Street Ten Sleep, WY 82448 Dear Michael Puhr, On behalf of the Town of Ten Sleep, Wyoming, I congratulate Rocky Mountain International Limited (RMIL), formerly Rocky Mountain Crystal Water (RMCW), for their merger with Olympus Ventures, Inc. This merger will make available the additional caoital required by RMIL to expand their Ten Sleep Bottling Facility and increase production through the purchase of additional automated bottling equipment. RMIL is an important member of our community, a pollution-free manufacturing company bottling premium pure artesian water under the label of Rocky Mountain Crystal Water or private labels. RMIL employs and provides training to local residences that are instrumental in the manufacture and successful distribution of RMCW throughout the United States and abroad. Your enthusiasm and genuine dedication to improving our community ia sincerely appreciated. Sincerely, Honorable Pat Beckley Mayor of Ten Sleep Ten Sleep, WY 82448
