We placed it with a realtor on Kauai that specializes in timeshare resales. He warned us that things were grim. He was right.

There are vulture companies that buy them up for essentially zero (a few hundred dollars). Assuming even those haven't gone out of business, we may contact one.

The annual fee is like $900, and if you don't want to go to a Hawaiian island (with which we are bored) the choice of places to trade around is limited. Orlando and Cabo are not our dream vacations.
