Good evening Sonki, Off topic I won't fuss this time or even preach, but I do wish you luck on getting back on the track, (don't forget the mirror). Re Kathy Smith and her tape, she promotes small and gradaul changes, which makes it a bit easier to stick with. About the estate planning, I am very eager to hear about this "minor difference in joint accounts". Also you might look into trusts as they can be a very useful estate planning tool. Usually some of the attorney's will put on free seminars about them, if you check around. They are usually advertised in the newspaper.
