Good info. Eventually, these foreclosure prices are going to stoke demand. We didn't get into the housing mess in 2006 without some reason. $200K for a house in Southern California seems like a dream come true for a lot of people. It will be interesting to see how the price plunge in Florida is impacting volumes. We should see a big spike in demand.
