it will definitely be worse next apr. 15... i've been consulting with at least 3 business owners who are looking to sell out, citing taxes, declining revenue, and declining asset prices as charles points out in his essay...there is no 'rule' that says successful entrepreneurs have to stay in business until the government runs their businesses into the ground...the smart ones are getting out while the getting is still good
