I can give you a tutorial.

Both the clock and the weather are "gadgets"

The web site I got them from had the code, that starts out <object and ends with /object>

When creating a post, click on the HTML Tab and plug the code in. Presto. That's how you post videos.

If you want it in the sidebar, there is a selection to add an html module.
