The Alliance Agreement says nothing about the ownership of "American K-9 Bomb Search, Inc., Inc.".

sec.gov

According to the published reports, "Morris bought a minority ownership stake in Houston-based American K-9 Bomb Search Inc."
which American K-9 web archive shows as , "American K-9 (a minority owned business)".

Is American K-9 still a minority owned business?

March 8, 2004 -
Last month, just one month after acquiring the Workplace Health assets, Morris bought a minority ownership stake in Houston-based American K-9 Bomb Search Inc. That firm has nine employees, five dogs trained to sniff for explosives and two dogs trained to sniff for drugs.

Workplace Screening Services acquires position in American K-9 Bomb Search - January 2004

LeAnn Linden, President of American K-9 (a minority owned business) has announced effective January 2004, Workplace Screening Services has acquired an interest in American K-9 and will assist with marketing and corporate management. Dexter Morris, CEO at Workplace, will serve as chairman and also act as a consultant to American K-9 and will use his expertise in the oil, gas, and chemical industries nationally, to promote the company.

The use of K-9 surveillance for both drug detection and explosives surveillance and identification is a growing industry that has been spurred by 9-11 and more recently 33CFR Part 105 USCG (United States Coast Guard) and DHS (Department of Homeland Security).
