I was reading economist Ian Shepherdson (one of the few to predict a slump based on housing back in 06) this morning and he said he now sees the ten year at a yield of 1.5% at the end of this year. Richard Bernstein (WS's best strategist IMO) also sees this. These are not people you want to disagree with.
