Thank you.

In a word (and this is no bs on my part)

Your response was brilliant.

And a good part of your response I had no prior
theoretical awareness of ... and so ...
I have put it in notepad and gonna play catch-up
on it going forward .... but I'm a dummy ... so its gonna take me awhile to "internalize it"

That said -

(and I am NOT trying to drag this out into a long
discussion )

(a) We know China is gonna spend in the range of
25% to 40% of their foreign reserves ....

(b) based on what you wrote ... does (a) mean then
that "China money" is going to be allowed to float
and/or it WILL float irrespective of what the government
does?

-- or ---

I had better re-read what you wrote and simmer it
for a month or so before asking questions

regards
John
