I don't think Westmin wants the deal. They don't have their own smelter. Makes more sense to join up with Cominco who also has a Selenium-rich deposit in the area and has its own smelter at Trail BC. Westmin seems to be too occupied with its property in Chile. The ore still has the same potential value and it is inconceivable that it will not be eventually brought to production. With 1/share in cash all of Atna's properties are now given a market value of $1 canadian, or a market capitalization of 20 million. I think the Wolverine alone is worth far more. Any detractors? Just my 2 cents worth. Ralph.
