My strange ambivalence occurs because i refuse to see things in black and white. When bush does his good and evil routine i cringe. When you do it, i also cringe. You are a good poster Al. I like you. I think you are emotionally invested in this BDS stuff or as you say what bush did to this country. But not everything he did was bad. Homeland defense was good, afganistan righteous, fighting aids in africa terrific, Liberia good, China and India management of relations good. With the economic mess, its hard to find much domestic but their are many guilty parties there and like 9/11 the economic debacle became obvious for most only after the fact.

Yes, it is terrible he prevented another terrorist attack. That's awful. Cutting taxes? What a terrible president.

Restored integrity to the White House after 8 years of Clinton childish behavior? Terrible.

Removed Saddam from power? What a dog. Brought democracy to Afghanistan and Iraq? Horrible.

Yeah, that Bush was a bad, bad guy.
