Clearly, she could still have applied the money to the bridge. All Congress did was end the stipulation it be used only for the bridge to the Ketchikan airport.

Congress killed the bridge by removing the earmark, the promise to pay for it. Palin dishonestly tried to take credit for that just as you dishonestly try to give her credit.
