That's BS. If I was a whackjob and could have found 18 other whackjobs I could have done 9/11. I would have done it a LOT better. I wouldn't have been moronic enough not to confiscate all the cell phones on the planes, for one thing. I wouldn't have been moronic enough to tell my guys that they only needed to learn to FLY the plane and not land it...LOL If the FBI had had some reasonably intelligent people they would have listened to the guy that thought that was suspicious. AQ wasn't at its PEAK in 2001. It's probably at its peak now since the Bush Administration never bothered to followup on the Taliban after they went into Pakistan. AQ had maybe 2000 in 2001. Today they have 20,000 and their recruitment offices are jammed up with volunteers. They don't even need volunteers. The guys in England that blew up the trains just took up the cause on their own because Bush "recruited" them.
