The permissive nature of his administration permeated every aspect of his dealings with the issue of "homeland security" as if the end justified any means. You don't think that is just a bit tenuous, at best? Do you actually think a court would find such a connection? Of course not. You cannot blame a commander-in-chief for atrocities committed by soldiers who were acting without his knowledge, authorization or approval. You f*cking idiot.
