How does that "oversight" (if you can call it one) rate in comparison to the serial disasters that the Chimperor Disgustus was responsible for (i.e. Iraq, Subprime mess, Katrina response, torture, every kid left behind, soaring medical costs, collapse of the financial markets etc., etc., etc.).

Quite frankly, you're not a proponent of the fact of GW. I think you're just jealous.
