All I know is the market did not like what it heard today. It is evident in the losses we all suffered. Obama holds some responsibility just like Bush did. Liberals cannot have it both ways either.

To answer your question: Clinton left Bush with a recession and a scandal (that was totally ignored by him and his admin [and some would say intentionally] called the Internet Bubble) so it was Clinton's fault.

Just as the failure of Fannie and Freddie should be laid directly on the heads and shoulders of democrats in congress. Bush formally asked them 17 times to rein in the spending, and 17 times he was told to go to hell.

Not all of us are blind.....those are facts!
