That is true.

"Hence CO2 is not a pollutant."

That would only be true if the only negative effect CO2 could have is making the atmosphere unbreathable. That, however, isn't the case.

I don't understand the "'climate change' agenda." Why would someone want to have such an agenda? What's there to be gained? There's plenty to be gained by denying if, but what's there to be gained by affirming it?
