A few careers back, I was a chem major. At that time, the obituaries in the chemistry trade mags published age of death (they don't any more). I concluded if I wanted to live past 55, I needed to get into something a bit less carcinogenic.

Suicide rate among Psychoanalysts is nearly nil. They also live longer than all the other health professionals. Dentists used to have the highest suicide rate. I don't know what it is now.
