paraphrased.......In Joe's Lucas County in Ohio, he would only be legally doing plumbing work if the work were performed in a township, as he is not licensed as required by Ohio Building regulations. Working under his boss's license doesn't fly, he must maintain his own license. He's also not registered to operate as a plumber in Ohio.

So in Fla you can't own stock in plumbing companies like Roto Rooter. Can you own stock in Electrical companies like GE if you don't have an electrical license ?? What other stocks are you not allowed to own in Fla. ?? you are talking out of your ass

So when Chemed Corp. bought roto-rooter did the state of Fla raid the homes of people who owned that stock to see if they had plumbing licenses ? and if they didn't did they force them at gun point to call their stock broker and sell the stock ??
