tejek, he's already lying. if obama would stop lying, i'd get off his case. 1. he said he supported "pay as you go". NOT! he must've known that was impossible before the blow up and lied about it. 2. he said his presidency would be transparent and now he's covering up geithner's information... b/c geithner is a tax cheat... online.wsj.com he knew better, but cheated anyway. i've also read the IMF paid him funds to cover these taxes... and he pocketed the money. 3. no lobbyists in his white house... except for the lobbyists he puts in his white house. you get the idea. you think this kind of lying is "politics as usual" so you don't think it is a big deal. i agree on politics as usual, but disagree as to whether it is a big deal. politicians will lie to you as long as you accept it... all the better if you defend it.
