Nearly any dog that size is potentially dangerous without proper discipline and training. Anyone who decides to own a dog that size needs to understand the potential danger they represent. I have a young neighbor with a Husky/German Shepherd mix pup about 9 months old. She keeps her on a tight leash, but the dog still is far too aggressive toward the neighbors. People she should, by now, have come to accept as friendly. I told the girl the dog would cause problems for her without some obedience work. She just smiled at me like it was a compliment.
