Let me give you some numbers to tell how things scale up: Intel asked for a study here it si the results:

Brazil will be the 3rd PC market in 2010;
Between 2004 and 2006, it was the 8th and now would be in 4th.

Where you would be interested today in selling PC's, Internet broadband: In the US market?
