Fixating on this now would be a mistake. Nation has huge problems. Ford pardoned nixon you know, could a bush pardon be coming? Not cheney, thats what the wheel chair was for---prisons arent handicap accessible. I expect him to be in one forever...Seriously what you are saying is a 50/50 issue for the amerian people. It needs to be worked on. However we have issues now that need resolving that are 2-1 and thus settled. Lets do what works first. Lets fix the economy, get out of iraq in timely fashion and figure out afganistan, taliban, pakistan, al quaeda and iran before we fracture the new presidents mandate by getting personal.

Breaking the law is not in the national interest. I-node continues to believe that Bush/Cheney are somehow still important even as they were not important in the last year of their presidency.
