Any idea what the outright coupon purchase mentioned here means to rates and FNM/FRE?

They have been doing this for weeks, buying short dated agency debt, as way of injecting cash into the system -- also known as printing.

Originianlly, Bernanke announced that they would buy long dated debt but I havent seen any bought yet.
