I have absolutely no recollection of my mom telling me any such thing and i will not judge a man's character based on some rules of etiquette or whether he forgot to take his hand out of his pocket while shaking, assuming that you are right about that point of etiquette. Worse than that is your stupidity in challenging obamas patriotism, his americanism and whatever else you are currently saying about him.
