Sorry ahead of time to our CA friends It's appreciated but not necessary. If there are people living here that don't know just how screwed up this state is they soon will. The people in Sacramento have their partisan heads up their collective patoots. They've made some budget cuts here and there, nothing really serious and they think that's going to put a dent in a 40B dollar deficet.... Why is the Kalifornia legislature so chicken shit? Environmental lobby and Unions..... How did the state get into this mess? Environmental lobby, Unions and having the dumbest voters in the US.........
