I'll repeat my question: What was he convicted of? (Answer: Nothing). Unless he gets a trial at Gitmo, he will NOT be convicted of anything.

Why do you say that. He's confessed, several times, in Gitmo court. Of course he would be convicted.

Why IS this Dave? Could it be because most of the people in Gitmo were turned in by Afghan bounty hunters in exchange for $10-40k, not "captured on the battlefield" as Bush lied, and we have only their word that they were guilty of being AQ? That IS the case you know.

The fact is, we have NO EVIDENCE to hold many if not most of the people we have there. When that comes out IN the trials, Bush will look even worse than he does now.
