It has been a prerogative of the President. It should rest there...Obama is a pretty smart dude.....I am hopeful he will make a good decision....but I think it is clear that any AQ or AQ allied group should be treated as the enemy ...not as a mere criminal....

This is, of course, the issue -- the difference between Bush and Clinton. Clinton thought they were criminals, Bush realized they were enemy fighters.

If you ask the American people, "Would you rather keep Gitmo open or release KSM and other known terrorists to travel about the United States and/or the world?" -- what portion do you think would support keeping Gitmo open?

The point is that liberals just go off half cocked about 80% of the time and Gitmo is but one example of it. You people don't think before you speak.
