It may be what is needed to bring the world together. I was so happy to see the races all standing together with smiles on their faces and I was so happy for the African American community. The one thought which is always on my mind is that any statistician will tell you it is a statistical certainty we will have a nuclear war sooner or later if the world does not completely control the nuclear weapons. And you know, as well as I, that at some level we are all nuts. So the world has got to put together some failsafe program that takes that into account. When I play poker, I aften see many people who do not understand probability and they inevitably lose. And the way the world acts toward nuclear proliferation it is clear the leaders also do not understand just how inevitable nuclear war is under the present circumstances.
