But some Michael Newdow nitwit would be taking it to the Supreme Court if he didn't do it. Sadly, it was the winger community that prompted the second swearing in.....you see, according to them, not only is Obama not a citizen of this country, a Muslim, a communist but because of the hitch in the swearing in, he wasn't president either. Silly; it obviously didn't affect his inauguration in any way, shape or form. While the Constitution stipulates the language, it is a ministerial function. No effect at all. Yes, true, but why would you believe a blogger winger would know that?
