Somebody on nytimes.com posted that maybe everything Obama signed before the re-oath should be re-signed.

I reread the 20th Amendment, par. 1 here and wonder what part of "and the terms of their successors shall then begin" do people not understand?

Maybe Roberts should have asked to see his birth certificate....

I heard on the radio this afternoon that Obama's Press Secretary said they have a copy of the birth certificate and offered to show it to the press. I doubt they'd do it, if pressed. Also, he was probably referring to the Hawaii document that they already put on the campaign web site.
