Platinum is good since it is cheap right now, but I would not go overboard on it.

It may be a LONG time after gold goes up before platinum soars, because it needs some econommic activity.

On the other hand, gold may be manipulate lower, or restrictions placed on ownership and sales, even in HK.

And platinum might escape that...
