We use drugs to execute in Cal, not bullets. Utah may still hang them. You could try drugs before the incident...Scope or whatever. That works sometimes. Bullets to the knee won't; pain won't get you the right answer. If it's a Moslem, you could take him to Crawford and show him the pig barns he is gonna have to muck out for the rest of his life. That might work. The way those kids are breeding, 800 will die.
