KEN ADAMS = tactful : Modern : You are special - Don't EVER forget it." All that plus a "special" GIT today. Thanks MM! Not too sure about that "modern" part. The rest of it I promise to try to live up to. Denver set a record high yesterday at 71 degrees. Lots of stuff in the paper about people skiing in the morning, then playing golf in the afternoon. Mildest winter here in town I can remember, yet the mountains have way above average snow. Praise God, is all I can say!

Smile when picking up the phone. The caller will hear it in your voice. I don't know why it is but that is so true. I can't count the number of times in my life when I've answered the phone angry or upset or stressed and had the caller immediately ask me what is wrong.
