Wow, that is very interesting to know! I'll remember that in the future. However, since my daughter is allergic to scented Tide, we'd need no scents to use Purex, and I don't think they make such a product.

Dan, it looks like Purex is made by Dial corp, not P&G:

It also looks like Walmart is really making waves with the new Sun brand laundry detergent they're stocking and started selling at $1.90 for 100-oz.
