other than the harm it did when some anti-American bastard gave the photos to 60 Minutes who blew it out of proportion.

You are ethically challenged. It bothers you more that it came to light than the fact that these things were done by self described liberators in a country famous for abuses.

"Less than trivial."

It was condemnable and abhorrent, an insult to decent and virtuous American soldiers, citizens, and principle ... as are all forms of brutal and inhumane treatment. Further it was an unjust crime against our law and humanity.

btw 'less' isn't always a synonym to trivial, we could all get by with a little less.
