what is abu ghraib then? I dont think its torture in its extreme sense but perhaps its something even more perverse. Taking captured folks, some combatants, some not, and humiliating them repeatedly for ones personal pleasure gives the overwhelming majority of american soldiers a bad name. And for the officers that allowed this to go on, they should be held accountable and put in jail. Our people werent seeking information, they were doing what prison guards do to the powerless who they hated because they were at war. Those instincts and they are human instincts must be discouraged by folks in power.

To call Abu Ghraib "torture" is a lie. And not only is it a lie is it one that is responsible for the deaths of American soldiers.

You are not only an extreme nationalist partisan hack...but an idiot to boot. Who are you fooling with this dramatic non sense?
