I have posed the same question but it has fallen on deaf ears. Perhaps they did get critical info, but inode wouldnt be privy to that. If the govt has gotten info from KSM, they should release what it is. Although we come at this from different angles, i am sure you would be more understanding if something critical was obtained. We just have to balance our abhorence of extra legal measures against the possible loss of american lives. Ted said its like car accidents--you cant torture folks to see if they drive drunk. But its not quite that simple when we are talking about possible use of wmds or primitive type assaults like 9/11.
