A good argument can be made that these execs where overpayment. But using that are an argument that there is a horrible fault in the capitalist system, is like arguing for anarchy because some government program wasted a few million dollars. These are not isolated cases. Overpayment is rampant throughout most industries. Even when exposed, there is no reform; instead it gets worse. Greed and arrogance have replaced honesty and competency. Unless turned around, the empire will be in decline.
