I find the context and content of that particular strand to be disgusting. When you bring up the blue pill, I automatically think of sicko indulgent types and what they would be needing a blue pill for. I definitely don't need to imagine Rush that way but its like telling you not to think of pink elephants for the next 3 seconds, the image is impossible to suppress. I would rather use my imagination to explore ideas and concepts, political issues and events that have a meaningful impact on our lives. I generally find the discussion of public personalities to be gossipy tending to gross and an inconsequential distraction. No body gave me title to anything on this thread. Is there something wrong with inquiring as to why you have to get into these issues? I didn't know you were doing it for clarification and I doubt your sincerity, if you claim thats all it was, but thats just a guess and it doesn't really matter if I think you are sincere or not. I still find it to be a gross and unnecessary distraction from otherwise interesting topics.
