Not sure, but I think so far the only promises he's given a sign of keeping is signing the Freedom of Choice Act and closing Gitmo (which may or may not amount to much). Apparently abortion is one of the few - maybe only - things he has convictions about. He's not gonna pull out of Iraq in 16 mos and he's gonna escalate Afghanistan.
