Maybe they are hoping to keep him off his guard while they try to locate all of his assets.

Doubt they're going to find much. Maybe some millions in off-shore accounts they can't get to but most likely all that money is gone.

Wow! What a coincidence.

I'll bet there's a whole lot more to this story than what's in the news. There's very few reporters left who do that sort of investigative reporting or papers that can afford to do it.
