And herein lies your sleight of hand: Personhood is a philosophical concept not a scientific one. A child doesn't have the same rights as an adult and a fetus doesn't have the same rights as a child.

What about the termination of a living brain dead adult?

What does society call that act? It calls it legal.

Society also calls abortion legal.

A single cell is also living.....a sperm cell is living....an egg is living..... Why begin at a fetus???? When did life begin.... The appearance of life on earth was about 3.5 Billion years ago....
