Not if you eat the food that says "no antibiotics"- you can get meat that says that, and you can get eggs milk and cheese that says that. Further, if you buy organic frozen food, the meat in THAT won't have antibiotics and pesticides. So that's one way to know what you are eating.

Steve, I pay up for eggs, milk, and chicken that is free of antibiotics. I buy regular cheeses and other meats at the grocery store. We grow most of our veggies and grow them organically.

I don't know if it makes much difference though. Most of this approach is for taste rather than health benefits, although of course the fewer chemicals in food the better I would imagine.
