We order ours scrambled hard if we go out- but we rarely go out because of my food sensitivity. You want to be safe? Order eggs cooked hard. That's just the way it is with eggs. I serve them over hard or scrambled hard or in an omelet at home - or hard boiled. We've never had an issue, and we eat tons and tons of eggs (organic, veg fed, hormone and antibiotic free- sometimes we get them same day from a farm that sells at our market- and we can see their chickens like on line- they have an eggcam :-)
