Well, I for one am truly shocked at how effective the media was at suppressing the Washington D.C. Inauguration Day Riots of 2009. I not only didn't see one mention of the race of the rioters, I didn't even see one mention of the brutal riots in the media.

The M.Effing media completely spiked the story just like Lindybill predicted.

I'm a little disappointed in lindybill for not posting one news report about the rioting.

We have another "how the media covers the news" moment coming up on the 20th. DC will be jammed with blacks for the Inaugural. The bars will be open all night. Sometime before dawn, there will be blacks rioting.

Will they report it? Will it be "youths" if they do, not mentioning race? How big will it be played? Will they try to spike it?

TWT.

Not exactly sure why they left the Washington D.C. riots out of the story...I guess Fox News has gone lefty on us too.

just got back from getting a hitch for my bikes on my car, spoke with the owner of the shop (u-haul) about business....he told me that he wished he had sold his businesses (including property) last year, saying at least he would have netted about $200k...he said if he can sell it now, he'll be lucky to break even...bottom line is he wants out, tired of paying taxes (particularly property tax, which he says is wiping out his meager profit).....he told me he felt he could make more money working at walmart.....this is scary stuff...i'm hearing it from business owners wherever i go....i don't the politicians have a friggin' clue about the waves of small business BK's that will bring with it unheard of job losses and tax revenue...sell every rally
