Its assay analysis showed as high as 6 ounces per ton of gold. One of the reasons why the estimate was 1.5 million ounces of gold. Therefore, it is economical because it needs to process only less tonnage of ore to produce the minerals. For example, if I have an average of 1 ounce per ton in my mine, I need only 1 ton to process to produce 1 ounce of gold. Most gold mining companies have an average of 0.2 ounce per ton. Therefore, it requires 5 tons for them to mill to produce the same amount of gold.
The company needs some exposure to bring it the $3-$10 level.

That's why it's called speculation ... and also why the stock is still trading under $1 as opposed to $6 plus, were this a proven economical resource.

The risk/reward in this play is well worth the $0.85 price of the stock. Those who are willing to take the risk and buy early will collect the reward.
