If a veteran is wounded and disabled, how many of them would be able to walkout.

If these veterans came from Walter Reed, they would have been brought there en masse for the event. How could one walk out when they are being escorted.

I happen to know a little about the volunteer activities as some of my friends volunteered there early in the Iraq war and have gone on to help the vets in other ways.
