Those are nit picky things you're trying to make a big deal out of. Labwire has real contracts and revenue, a stable share structure and is fully reporting to the SEC and is uplisting off the pinks to the OTCBB. They have all that going for them and you're making a big deal about a franchise tax they need to pay and the name of their security service. That's really nit picky.
